Default Condition Spreading

Phantom Pain
Signet of Agony
Plague Touch
Virulence
Epidemic
Vampiric Gaze
Unholy Feast
Conjure Phantasm (Or Rez)

It's kind of obvious where this goes...

Phantom Pain for a small Health Degen but it's primarily for the Deep Wound. Then slap on Sig of Agony followed by Plague Touch to move over the Bleeding from the Sig. Then use Virulence to expand on the conditions and throw down Epidemic. From here you have Vampiric Gaze & Unholy Feast for some damage/heal and Conjure if you want more DPS.

It's more of a PVE build but if you can manage to get a group of people together then this really sucks for them. Especially if you can get a a Mesmer to shut down a Monk trying to remove the conditions.

Either way it's definately a utility setup, your not bringing mass pain but its something that can take foe's down quickly if you have a friend who can lay down some DPS. My friend and I farmed I was using this and he was a W/Mo (Axe).
